First, make sure you're using Chrome (not Safari). Check that your browser has mic permission — look for a mic icon in the URL bar and click it to allow. If you're on the app and the tutor seems frozen, try refreshing the page. If audio plays but is slow, it usually warms up after the first response.
I can't log in — the page keeps loading

This is usually a stale login token. Open your browser console and run: localStorage.removeItem('strive_token') then refresh. If that doesn't work, try clearing your browser cache or using an incognito window.
How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Account settings and click "Cancel plan". You'll keep access through the end of your current billing period. If you're within 7 days of a charge, email connor@learnwithstrive.com for a refund.
How are score estimates calculated?

Score estimates are based on your quiz accuracy across sessions — not a certified score. They're designed to give you a realistic sense of where you stand and track your improvement over time. For an official score, you'll need to take the real SAT or ACT.
How does the parent dashboard work?

Students on Core can find their parent code in their profile. Parents go to /parent, enter the code, and see basic progress. Pro parents get a full dashboard and a weekly email summary every Sunday.
The whiteboard is blank — nothing is being written

The whiteboard is written by the AI tutor during a session. If it's blank, the AI may not have sent a board update yet — this usually happens in the first 1-2 exchanges. If it stays blank after several messages, refresh the page and start a new session.
It says I've used my free sessions
