We want you to feel confident trying Strive. Here's exactly when and how you can get your money back.
All new paid subscriptions — Core and Pro, across all billing periods (monthly, 6-month, and annual) — include a full 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 7 days of your first payment, email us and we'll refund you in full. No questions, no documentation required.
To claim: email connor@learnwithstrive.com with subject line "Refund Request" from your account email. We'll process it within 2 business days.
If a documented technical issue materially prevented you from using Strive — extended outages, account access failures, or broken core features lasting multiple days — you may request a full or partial refund or account credit.
To request: email connor@learnwithstrive.com with subject line "Technical Refund Request." Include a description of the issue and approximate dates. We'll review and respond within 5 business days.
Requests outside the 7-day window that don't qualify as a technical issue are reviewed individually. Circumstances we typically approve:
Email connor@learnwithstrive.com with your situation. We'll respond within 5 business days.
6-month and annual subscriptions can be canceled at any time from Account settings. Your access continues until the end of the paid term — we do not issue prorated refunds for remaining months unless you qualify under Sections 1–3 above.
We send a renewal reminder at least 14 days before your 6-month or annual renewal date. If you did not receive this reminder and were charged for renewal, contact us within 7 days of the charge for a full refund of that renewal payment.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement after approval.
7-day refunds are always full refunds. Technical or discretionary refunds may be prorated based on unused time.
You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed.
We'd much rather just fix it. Email us first — we're responsive.
